I-I don't think it's possible for me to beat a Tales game in under 15 hours. The "Beat a certain boss before you hit level 15" is also pretty difficult. On the other hand, I'm somewhat obsessive when it comes to Achievement hunting so maybe this time I'll manage it!

I hit the final dungeon in Tales of Vesperia and have been looking at all the stuff I missed in the game. I...actually got a surprisingly large amount of it, largely because I like backtracking to previous cities and obsessively sleep at inns and talk to everyone. (This is also probably why my current game time is over 90 hours OTL) My Grade is only ~3000, so I'll need to farm before I go to the final boss... meh. And I missed a couple of Yuri's outfits... his first new one was his hot springs one, which he will remain in forever because IT IS HILARIOUS. Favorite character ended up being Karol, which is... shocking, because I hated the kid at the beginning. Everyone's pretty awesome, though. No hatred of anyone in the game, really, though there's no extreme love like Abyss or Symphonia. I stand by my initial reaction! Abyss >> Vesperia >> Symphonia.





...also I totally made a Vesperia mood theme. Mood themes are incredible pains, I didn't remember what a pain they are to make because I kept stealing other people's. And I also made a Youtube account? There's only a couple of stupid Vesperia skits in there right now. Don't watch "Not Enough Fat to Burn" or "It Kind of Works On You" if you haven't played the game yet. The others should be safe, though (they're just babbling about food or toys).

...well, so far? Vesperia has been awesome. Not as awesome as Abyss, but better than Symphonia. Voiced skits are awesome. Dogs with pipes are awesome. Characters (with a few minor exceptions) have been awesome. Return of the Wonder Chef? Awesome.

I... kind of hope it'll get ported to the PS3 soon, because it's a little hard to find people I know with 360s. Sigh.

Apparently I'm going to get my wisdom teeth out within the next couple of months. GUH. Just getting a cavity freaks me out. I'm not sure how I'll handle the wisdom teeth thing. I mean, they hurt pretty much constantly, so I need to get them out soon. But... but... UGH. Just the idea of getting them out makes me queasy. I've had teeth pulled before. The thought of them doing that with my back teeth, when they haven't even broken through the skin, is just so incredibly nausea-inducing I don't know what to do!

I want to get some new games, but I probably should try to beat some of my older ones first. I'm not even stuck on any of these games. I have no excuse for not trying to beat them! (Other than my completionist nature - drat you, P3! And Suikoden! I want to get everything, but I don't want to consult a guide >__<)

Watanabe, please stop giving your characters hats. I can't draw them. Although, now that I think of it, Shchell is the only new character to be given a fun hat. So, in the end, it was my fault for drawing him instead of one of the others. Actually, now that I think about it, the fact that the new characters lack dorky hats makes me somehow... very sad.

While I'm posting art, does anyone know anything about this and whether artists should be worried about it? Apparently there's a piece of legislation going up before Congress that would more or less force everyone to copyright every work of art they have done or else they lose all right to it. I think it's definitely a piece of legislation that shouldn't pass, but I'm curious if it actually has a chance of passing. I really hope not, but I lack any sense of confidence in politicians.

...my hair is too long. It takes forever to dry and really doesn't look nice enough to keep it the way it is. I need to find a new haircut. One that's shorter, but long enough to pull back in a ponytail. And doesn't have bangs. And doesn't take that long to fix in the morning. Sigh.

Yotsuba&! is the cutest thing I've read in a really long time. It's just so drat HAPPY. I haven't read any manga in a really long time, but this series makes me want to go out and buy all of it.

Oh, and Enchanted is really cute and sweet too. Er. Sometimes I go to movies really late in their theater run. It's nice! You get the theaters more or less to yourself! Anyway, Enchanted was really cute and I just was giddy trying to spot all the references to previous Disney films.

I may not fail my classes! I shouldn't press my luck too much, though. Still have that 16-page essay to write before Thursday! OTL
